I'm buying socks as a gift - do you write on the beautiful packaging?

As many of our socks are gifts we don't write on the packaging. Instead we'll place your order in a mailing bag. You can also add a gift message for free at checkout.

Do you post the receipt with the socks?

We'll email you confirmation of your order but we wont post any receipt out with the socks in case they are going straight to the recipient.

Can I include a gift message?

Sure. There is an option to include a gift message at checkout - it's free.

How long is delivery?

In the UK it normally takes 3 business days for standard delivery but if ordered before midday you can opt for next working day delivery. International orders tend to take up to a week.

Can I change the delivery address for subscriptions?

Of course - just email us anytime. If you are buying as a gift and want to receive the first parcel yourself and want to send the subsequent ones direct to the recipient, then please add put your delivery address down when you checkout and email us afterwards.

Can I choose when my first subscription delivery is dispatched?

Sure. Just place your order and email us afterwards with the first delivery date.

Can I choose what socks come in my subscription?

We choose which socks go in the subscriptions to keep it a surprise. We'll make sure each design you receive is one you haven't received from the subscription before.

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

What are the socks made of - and where?

Luxury combed cotton. They also contain 18% nylon for strength and structure and 2% elastane for stretch. Our friend, Umit, makes the socks in his family run factory in Istanbul.

Does the history about the rebel come with the socks?

Yes - a brief history about the rebel and an illustration of them comes on a postcard which accompanies the sock.

Can I get customised socks?

What if I'm dissatisfied?

You won't be. Although, if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase then just let us know and we'll ensure we resolve it: whatever it takes.

Is Ini really a name?

Yes, it's short for Inigo. As in the Early Modern English architect: Inigo Jones. And, for completion's sake, Alex is short for Alexander.
